Arriving by car - when travelling from out of town, for simplicity, use the bypass to the Glasgow intersection (Broxden roundabout) and descend one and a half miles into town. Clifton is the last residential property on the right hand side overlooking a large garden area.

From down town - Glasgow road is the old main thoroughfare leading from the river past the edge of the old town heading west. Downtown it is named York Place and South Street but be not confused and simply continue westwards for a few minutes to Glasgow Road. Just beyond the floral display roundabout pass slowly the large complex (Roslyn House) standing in acres of walled gardens. Clifton House is the prominent villa on the left hand side just beyond it.

By public transport - Perth train and bus stations adjoin each other and are just walking distance.
